Meet the Chef
Hello and welcome to my page. I am salutated as Chef Tee and I have been cooking over 20 years. After over 20 years in the corporate world the unexpected happened as I was laid off of my job in 2021. I decided to pursue my passion and purpose of cooking full time. I launched my business in 2019 but was now able to do what I loved full time. Cooking has always been a passion of mine and it makes me happy when others enjoy my food. My focus is quality over quantity and great customer service to ensure I exceed your expectations. Whether your event is a Private in home dining, Catering or meal prep pickup everyone gets the same top notch quality service. I pride myself on delivering on customers expectations and professionally handling your requests. Our Shrimp and Grits are a top seller for our catering events, and they are a blend of Cheeses, spices and Shrimp with optional andouille sausage upon request.
