Ownership of Site; Agreement to terms of use of site

Terms and Conditions agreement allows Dusk 2 Dawn Private Chef & Catering to:

• Withdraw and Cancel services-All deposits are non-refundable but may be used at a future event 12 months from the original scheduled date. All reservations will be booked once deposit is secured and the final balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your event date. No Exceptions!!!!
• Financial Transactions-We accept Cash App: $Dusk2DawnCatering, Paypal: Dusk2DawnCatering@Gmail.com (Invoices may be sent for receipt and records purposes)
• Copyright rules: Our site is protected under law for any acts such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use of our site, etc.
• Rules for user behavior; We forbid any unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
• Event Behavior: We claim the right to refuse service to anyone being disrespectful, unlawful, unruly, intoxicated, disorderly or rowdy. We are professionals and desire to conduct ourselves in that manner with the same in return from our clients.
• Disable user accounts-We reserve the right to disable any user accounts who violates any rules above that are prohibited.

 Dusk 2 Dawn Private Chef & Catering reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. Accordingly you should check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your use of this Site and continued use following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Dusk 2 Dawn Private Chef & Catering grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use our Site. 

 No part of our Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, web site or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Dusk 2 Dawn Private Chef & Catering's express prior written consent.

You may use information on Dusk 2 Dawn Private Chef & Catering products and services (such as menus, articles, and similar materials) purposely made available by Dusk 2 Dawn Private Chef & Catering for downloading from the Site, provided that you (1) use such information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer or broadcast it in any media, (2) make no modifications to any such information, and (3) not make any additional representations or warranties relating to such documents.
